We will not push any coatings or adds on that you don’t require. Some of the many types of available lenses: Standard - hard coated plastic angle vision lenses Single vision multicoated lenses -reflection free/glare free, UV coatings also available Transition lenses -(with or without anti-reflection coating) that change from clear to about 80% grey (brown also available) depending on the light, with full UV protection Glass photochromatic lenses - still available (but used less frequently now) Multifocal lenses (progressive lenses) – for people who need spectacles for more than one distance, e.g. near and far (near can be reading or looking at a computer screen or at some other specific distance or task, distance can be for driving). Bifocal and Trifocal lenses - available for people who are happy using them and those who find it just too hard to get used to progressives (~10% of people). Tinting – most plastic lenses can be tinted any colour you want, any intensity, solid or graduated. Polarised lenses - available in single vision and multifocal forms (excellent for cutting glare of water, e.g. for fishing, boating and other water activities).

Depending on your specific needs, we can tint your lenses, and offer the complete range of invisible bifocal or multifocal lenses.

Also available are the new and exciting colour-changing plastic transition lenses, the much thinner-lens technology.
